We spent the morning, after a wonderful breakfast compliments of the Flagler level club lounge looking at Marinas that Nancy M. Fyfe, the Flagler Club concierge suggested.  I concluded that Miami is a much nicer location for Boundless to spend next winter.  Of course, I'll appreciate that location better as well.  Palm Beach is not as nice as Miami for culture and restaurants and rollerblading.  These are the things that I'm most interested in.  We also spent some time by the pool today, compliments of Mike, our attendant who expertly located two wonderful lounge chairs and covered them with special lounge chair covers.  The sun spent most of the time behind clouds and the temp, although indicating in the seventies, because of the cloud cover and the winds, felt much cooler.  I am reading The Ultimate Lark, by Jim Lark, and enjoying it completely.  His book interests me and entertains me the same way that Departures Magazine interests and entertains me every month by telling me about places I've been or want to visit.  Jim owns the Lark Restaurant, in West Bloomfield, Michigan, my favorite local restaurant.  I find that he has been many places that we have, enjoyed many meals that we have and sailed on the Renaissance Cruise line, the RIV, and even stayed in the owners cabin as we did.

at least at the Palm Harbor Marina there was some activity across the street, a weekly market it appeared.  In general, there is far too much decay and abandoned buildings and empty buildings for me to be interested in locating my boat here and staying here over the winter.  There just doesn't seem to be anything to do.  Even Worth avenue didn't look inviting enough to bother parking the car and getting out to walk the avenue.
